In addition to your statutory rights (see below) Sylex Ergonomics also offer an extended warranty against defects. Provided that you have registered your purchase within 7 days of receipt, products will be covered by a warranty of up to ten years against faulty parts and workmanship. This warranty specifically excludes:
If the product is found to be faulty we will repair or replace the product at our discretion. It is the consumer’s responsibility to return the product to the nearest Sylex Ergonomics office for assessment. Phone Sylex Ergonomics for further information.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Where a product has been purchased through a dealer your statutory rights as a consumer are with that dealer and in the first instance your contact should be with the company that supplied you with these goods.
